If you wish to have a copy of this form, please go to your browser's File menu and select 'Print' from the options listed there. Once you press the 'Submit' button the form will be emailed to me and if this was successful you will be taken to the payments page where you can pay your reservation fee either by PayPal - or if you don't have a PayPal account you can pay on the PayPal secure site with your credit card. If nothing happens after you have pressed the 'Submit' button, please go back to the top of the form and ensure all the 6 fields in the section "About Your Wedding" have been filled in, you cannot submit the form unless they have.

Once your payment has been made I will reserve the date and time for you and send you a copy of the agreement form.
Once you have submitted your online booking form you will be taken to the online payments page
where you can pay your wedding reservation fee of £150.
